Price and Payment:
Movement/Development Specific Groups will be offered periodically with specifics for time, location, and cost. Cost will be kept at a minimal to cover materials/fees.
Support Groups hosted Parents and Specialists will be offered periodically with specifics for time, location, and cost will be kept at a minimal to cover materials/fees..
Co-Treating is available and has been found to be very beneficial. Each specialist is paid the full rate for co-treating sessions.
Per Session/Per Specialist:
$62.50 --- 25-minute session
$125.00 --- 50-minute session
Payments made in cash will receive a $10.00 discount for a 25-minute session.
Payments made in cash will receive a $20.00 discount for a 50-minute session.
Consultation: $325.00
Fee includes: recommendations and strategies but no a report.
Payments made in cash will receive a $25.00 discount for the evaluation.
Evaluation: $625.00
Fee includes Direct Session, Caregiver Interview, and Report Writing.
Payments made in cash will receive a $50.00 discount for the evaluation.
SOAP Note: $25.00
Written note provided for individual to use for insurance submission on the client’s own. The SOAP note is provided within.

Buffer Time:
Time for the session begins as scheduled. Lateness takes minutes from the scheduled session but full payment for the scheduled session is required.
If a session goes 6 minutes past the scheduled ending time, additional charges will occur, i.e.
6-15 minutes = 1 additional unit.
16-30 minutes = 2 additional units
$31.25 per unit.
Payment Requirement:
$50.00 at time of booking and remaining amount due prior to session.

Remaining amount may be paid in person via cash only or cleared through the online portal prior to service.
Cancelation Policy:
Prior to 48 hour notice: Cancelation without prior approval from the specialist – $50.00
48-0 Hour Notice – Full Payment Required and rescheduling cannot occur until the amount is paid in full.
